Finca Pau Verd is a beautiful sustainable finca in the surroundings of Santanyí, Mallorca. With its green environment and modern amenities, it offers the perfect retreat for your dream vacation. A private well and solar system provide clean water and electricity. You have no direct neighbors and we offer you the perfect place for peace and relaxation with the whole family.

The Finca consists of two separate sections: the 170 sqm rental area, and a privately used section with its own entrance, which is neither occupied nor accessible during rental periods.

The house features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The private pool invites you to relax, while the spacious terrace is perfect for sociable evenings under the starry sky. The entire finca was completely renovated and modernized in early 2026.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Free WiFi and fast internet via Starlink are available. The finca offers ample parking and is located just minutes from Mallorca's most beautiful beaches and a 10-minute walk from Santanyí.

The finca is the perfect place to stay with the whole family. We offer children's beds, baby potties and high chairs on request, so that even the little ones feel comfortable with us.
